Friends of the Suffering Souls

This perpetual novena of Masses is an ongoing sacrifice to the Eternal Father, offering relief to the suffering souls in Purgatory and an assurance to FOSS members that they will be prayed for in death.

Each FOSS member commits to booking at least one Mass a year for the Holy Souls, with the intention, “For the Holy Souls in Purgatory, especially the deceased members of FOSS.”

Members may also enrol living or deceased family or friends as third-party members, committing to an additional annual Mass on behalf of each enrollee, so that they can share in the graces of the novena.
